Events Calendar
Entry in our Events Calendar is Free of Charge for Not for Profit organisations only. Events that are run for commercial purposes must pay a fee. We reserve the right to refuse any Event without being obliged to provide a reason for such refusal.

We will not make changes or update the Events Calendar unless there is a major change such as a cancellation.

Please do not ask us to make changes as we simply do not have the time. Ozlanka will charge A$35 per change if the event organisers insist on a change being made.

We can provide you with an attractive page to advertise your event, it will enhance your event tremendously. We now incur an external cost of A$100 +GST for each event page that is created, this fees will be billed to you.

You are welcome to submit your own Event page, which we will host free of charge for your association. The Events calendar will also be linked to the page.

The following specifications must be met. Do not exceed stated sizes as we will not host over sized pages.

Specifications:
Page format: HTML
Maximum size: 640 x 800 pixels (or set width to 98%)
Maximum total size of page in kB: 50 kb. (Including all photos, images etc).
Meta names, Keywords etc. are permitted.

Event Coverage
If you need your event covered, we require you to provide us with a Press Pass for the event. Due to our current website operating overheads, we regret that we are unable to cover events were we attend as ordinary guests.

No exceptions will be made to this rule.

You may submit your own report and a maximum of 5 photos of any event within 24 hours of its occurrence for publication on this website. The format MUST be MS WORD or TEXT only. Power Point, Publisher etc. are not acceptable by us.

Photos should be in PNG, GIF or JPG format and each photo should not exceed 50 KB in size. Reports and/or photos of poor quality or those that are deemed unsuitable by the Webmaster will not be published by us. No reason shall be given for non publication.

For legal reasons, we will not cover any events where the performers have had litigation with this website.

Further we will not cover events where the DJs do not subscribe to the relevant Australian Copyright Associations and have obtained permission to play copyrighted music at public events or when the musicians are not members of the relevant performing union.

Special Advertising page for your Events

We can provide you with an attractive page to advertise your event, it will enhance your event tremendously. We now incur an external cost of A$150+GST for each event page that is created, this fees will be billed to you and the hosting will commence after the receipt of your payment.

You are welcome to submit your own Event page, which we will host free of charge for your association. Commercial organisations must pay our standard monthly advertising fee.

The Events calendar will be hyper-linked to the page.

The following specifications must be met. (These specifications are also applicable to other types of submissions.)

Page format: HTML only. (PDF, WORD, Publisher etc. are not HTML formats)
Maximum size: 640 x 800 pixels (or set width to 98%)
Maximum total size of page in kB: 50 kb. (Including all photos, images etc).
Meta names, Keywords etc. are permitted.

Do not exceed stated sizes as we will not host over sized pages and we will not contact you regarding oversized pages.
