All submissions for publication should be forwarded by email. If submissions are mailed to us on a floppy or CD or DVD and you want your material returned, you must enclose a self addressed envelope with appropriate postage. Material will be stored for 4 weeks then DISCARDED by us. We regret we cannot accept submissions which are on paper or audio/video tape. Articles must be in electronic format only. MS WORD or TEXT files only. Publisher, Power Point etc. are not acceptable.

Like any other news source we publish news that is current. We reserve the right to reject submissions that are no longer deemed newsworthy by our Editorial team.

Any submission in the name of a Society/Association must be accompanied by a confirmation Email from the President or Secretary of the Association requesting us to publish the material.

When providing information derived from other sites, including news pages, sports, weather and the like, you should clearly acknowledge the source to avoid infringement of copyright laws.

Submissions should be in MS Word, HTML, or similar format. Macintosh formats may not open on our PCs. Your submission should never exceed 50KB as this page will not appear on the viewer's screen for several minutes and will impact on our website performance. Documents which are in PDF or any image format cannot be hosted for technical reasons.

All emails must carry the sender's home address and day and evening phone numbers for verification. PO Box addresses are not acceptable.

By submitting your letter for publication, you agree that we may edit the letter for space or other reasonable reasons and may, after publication on Ozlanka, republish in other medium.

In the the event of legal issues arising from the publication of your email, you agree that we are authorised to release your details to the government, statutory bodies or legal firms.

Due to time constraints, we are unable to accept changes to your submission unless these are under extraordinary circumstance. Such changes will be limited to the alteration of the section that has changed only. A make over of the web page is not possible.

We reserve the right to remove/delete a notice from our site if changes are requested more than once.
No notice will be given of such removal.

From time to time we may forward emails to others to draw their attention to your opinion. If you do not want us to forward your email you should state this clearly in the body of your email to us.

If you are unable to create such pages, we can organise for a web designer to do it for you. The fees vary depending on the type of page and the number of images that you require. A quick estimate of the cost can be sent to you. However, we prefer if you can organise the page yourself as the first choice.
