Friday July 11th – Carnival Dinner at The Camberwell Centre (420 Camberwell Road, Camberwell) incorporating ‘VRU Heritage Dinner’ 7.00pm-10.00pm

Day 1 Sunday 6 July Melbourne
Flight: QF 480 arrives at Melbourne at 11.35am
Coach Transfer: You will be met by an MGS representative and shown to your coach.
Accom: MGS Boarding House, 140 Domain Street, South Yarra
Welcome BBQ 6.00pm – 8.00pm
Venue: MGS Main Oval, Domain Road, South Yarra
8.00pm Coaches/Managers Meeting.
Venue: MGS Staff Common Room
This meeting is where you will receive the latest information on competition rules, match draws, etc. All carnival T-shirts and programs will be distributed at this meeting

Day 2 Monday 7 July
Training: Grounds available 9.00am – 11.00am
Free time.

Day 3 Tuesday 8 July
MGS Rugby Carnival - Match Day 1
Venue: Melbourne Grammar School, Domain Road, South Yarra
9.00am - Matches Commence
Lunch: Provided by Scotch College/MGS
Cultural Evening
Venue: MGS Memorial Hall, Bromby Street, South Yarra 7.00pmSupper will be served between acts and finish around 9.30 pm.

Day 4 Wednesday 9 July
Training: Grounds available 12.00p.m. to 14.00 p.m. Training session with Fletcher Dyson and Matt Cockbain

Felicitation to Warden & Ruby Squad
Venue: Mount Waverley Youth Centre 6:00pm. STC OBA Australia Branch felicitates Warden and the visiting Rugby squad.

Day 5 Thursday 10 July

9.00am - Matches Commence
Lunch: Provided by MGS
Dinner provided by MGS Rugby Parents

Day 6 Friday 11 July
MGS Rugby Carnival - Match Day 3
10.00am - Matches Commence
Lunch: Provided by MGS
Carnival Dinner
Venue: The Camberwell Centre, 420 Camberwell Road, Camberwell 6.30pm. The dinner will be alcohol-free for students and finish around 10.00 pm. School Uniform for players.

Day 7 Saturday 12 July Melbourne
Accom: Check out of your accommodation this morning

Billets to pick boys up.

Day 10 Tuesday 15 July Melbourne
Coach Transfer: Transfer by coach to Tullamarine airport for your flight. Departing at 7.00am From Melbourne Grammar.

Flight: Flight departs at 10.25am
